Red Roof Inn & Suites Thomasville

Everything. The place had cockraoches they sprayed pesticide while we were in the room. They have people living out of the rooms. The cleaning lady carried around her crying baby around in a stroller and her boyfriend while cleaning the rooms. The place smelled of mold.

The hotel with cheap rooms, in a calm area, near a shopping center. Comfy and good location to Cherokee Lake Park. Good choice of food options at a medium distance from the venue.

could be better but not the worst

The room had good amenities like a microwave and clean linens. I enjoyed a cozy atmosphere that allowed for relaxation after a long day. The spacious layout of the Beautiful Room added to my comfort, which I appreciated .

Nothing the place should be condemned.

Location to what we were there for

When we arrived the desk clerk reminded us tht the price was non refundable and the front desk is manned 24/7 if we need anything.... This place has gone to the pits in the past 3 years. It is now a filthy mess. Cigarette busts by the hundreds all over the walkway and driveway, condom wrapper in front of the rooms around back. It is now a place the indigent and local construction workers call home in my opinion. Loud argument the night we were there kept us awake. I wore white ankle socks that were thrown away the next AM because the bottoms where BLACK from the carpet. Did not sleep well that night and will not go back there. Also, only two old and gray small face clothes and two very small bath towels were provided, no hand towels.

Room cleanliness was severely disappointing.

Place was very dirty, with hairs on the wall of the bathroom. Smelling cigaretts all over. Whole on the coberts, outlets not working and with no plates. Cigarett marks on the toilet and on the bed. A real dump!!!

Also, location was great and good, not very far from Calvary Church.

Bathroom rack was hanging off the wall. Air conditioner cover was off. Shower curtain was moldy. There were three of us with two towels. Front desk gave us a head towel STAINED for a third person towel??????

Our room was not clean well, the sheets had urine stains on them. Our towels look like they were used to clean sink with dingy.

the only downside was the floor could be cleaner , but the newly renovated room felt fresh. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the pool looked amazing for a swim. overall, a pleasant stay.

This was my second time staying at this motel. I think it will be my last. Fridge and microwave in room was nice.

I did not like find a face towel with public hair from a previous guest hanging on the shower curtain rack. It was still there after the second day of my stay.

good location, spacious rooms, new owner upgrades

Room cleanliness needs a serious upgrade!!! Stains on linens and gray spots on pillows are unacceptable!!! It would be beneficial to provide proper cleanliness checks before guests arrive!!!
